The Position Offers
At the Swedish Armed Forces' Technology and Maintenance Command Logistics (TVK Log), we are currently seeking a Function Representative within Supply Management. We are in the midst of an exciting journey of growth and expansion. About the Unit
TVK Log is a key player in the Swedish Armed Forces' logistics leadership. We are responsible for ensuring that supplies and materiel are available and meet the needs of combat units – in peace, crisis, and war. Two success factors in our missions are collaboration and expert competence.
The unit consists of approximately 120 employees with broad competence in technology, logistics, and management. TVK Log consists mainly of civilian personnel with an even distribution between women and men. The leadership is located in Boden, but we are represented in several locations across the country. Our work is based on trust, collaboration, and a clear mission – to enable available combat units through the right materiel at the right time.

Main Duties
The Supply Management Section is a smaller section consisting of civilian personnel located in Boden. You will work at a central level with administrative supply management, which involves optimizing and coordinating the supply flow throughout the country. You will direct supplies to the intended location in the Swedish Armed Forces' logistics support system. The tasks also include conducting analysis and follow-up in the systems, for example, checking that supplies reach the intended location on time. You work proactively and actively to ensure correct reporting.
You support the preparation of cases and provide competence support within the area. You participate in projects and support planning, follow-up, training, analysis, and development of the supply management function.
The position involves collaboration within the unit but also with other units, the Supreme Command, the Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), and other authorities.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education with passing final grades
- Documented experience in administrative handling
- Good ability to work on a PC and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
Personal Attributes
As a person, you have very good collaboration skills while being able to work independently. You are development-oriented, driving, and take your own initiatives. The position requires good analytical skills and a well-developed ability to see the big picture. You also have good administrative skills and are meticulous. You are communicative and pedagogical and are skilled at expressing yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English. You will have a great personal responsibility for solving assigned tasks, which requires that you can prioritize and work in a structured manner. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
Merits
- Documented experience of working in an organization at a central or regional level
- Documented experience of project work.
Other Information
The employment constitutes a permanent full-time civilian position. A six-month probationary period may apply to you who are not already permanently employed within the Swedish Armed Forces.
Work location: Boden
Business travel is required.
Start date: ASAP or by agreement.
